What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay.
How do I find the right size and fit?
Please refer to the size and fit guide on each product description page.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your payment method will be charged as soon as your order has been placed.
Can I cancel or make any changes to my order?
In efforts to have members orders fulfilled as quickly as possible, we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed. Please contact our support team at email@example.com with your name, email and order number for additional assistance.
Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving shipping confirmation for the carrier to update tracking information before contacting our support team.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email and order number and we will assist you as soon as possible.
How long do orders typically take to ship?
Orders where all items are in-stock usually will ship within 1-2 business days after placing your order, excluding weekends, holidays, peak season, and flash sales. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships from our fulfillment center.
Items that are not currently in stock will ship as soon as they are available, typically within 2-3 weeks after you have placed your order. For questions regarding the status of your out-of-stock item, please contact us at email@example.com
I ordered an item that is currently out of stock, when will it ship?
If an item you ordered is currently backordered, it will ship as soon as it is back in stock (usually within 2 to 3 weeks of placing your order).
How much is shipping? Is expedited shipping available?
Supernatural offers free ground shipping on all orders.
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for non-PO Box addresses. Expedite shipping fees and turnaround time will be displayed at checkout for eligible orders.
Where do you ship to?
Supernatural currently ships to addresses within the US and Canada. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
Ground shipping is available for PO box addresses. Expedite shipping to PO box addresses is not available at this time.
Which shipping carrier will deliver my order?
We currently ship using FedEx.
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after it leaves our fulfillment center. Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional assistance.
Returns & Exchanges:
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns of Supernatural items within 30 days of your delivery date. Returned items must still have tags attached and must be in its original condition to be eligible for return. Any item showing visible wear or use will not be eligible for return processing. Please note that your original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Once your package has been received by our return processing team, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days less return shipping costs.
Sale items are final and not eligible for return.

My item was damaged upon arrival
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
