Return & Exchange Policy

Apparel & Accessories Returns

  • This section applies to purchases of apparel and accessories; For return policies for Meta Quest Bundles, please see the “Meta Quest Bundle - Return Terms” section below.
  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Some sale items may not be included.
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • We process all refunds and store credits within 5-7 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
  • Please email support@getsupernatural.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
  • If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made, your postage is non-refundable.
  • Supernatural is not responsible for non-Supernatural items mistakenly returned, and may not be able to recover these items.
  • If you have not received your return label, please contact us at support@getsupernatural.com.

Apparel & Accessories Exchanges

  • You have the option to return your items for an exchange of the same item or select different products directly on our website.
  • If you have opted for an exchange, we'll do our best to ship this out to you ASAP!
  • Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will ship as they become available. 
  • Exchanges are processed for the discounted amount paid for each item and we cannot honor a new discount code for exchange requests of different items.

Refunds

  • Refunds are offered on select orders. Simply opt for the refund or store credit when completing your return. 
  • Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll process it and send you your refund. 
  • Depending on your payment method, funds may take 7-10 business days to post to your account.
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

Meta Quest Bundle Return Policy

You have the right, within 30 days from the date of your receipt of any Meta Quest headset (each, a “Meta Quest Product”), to return the Meta Quest Product to us. Meta Quest Products must be fully returned in their original packaging. If, on return to us, it is determined that any Meta Quest Product has been used, damaged, is missing components, and/or is not in resalable condition, we may charge a restocking fee or otherwise reduce the amount of your refund to take account of this use, damage or any missing components. If you return a Meta Quest Product bought as part of a bundle in accordance with the above, the discounted subscription issued to you as part of the bundle will automatically be canceled and a full refund issued to you.  

If any Meta Quest Product you purchased from us is nonconforming or defective, and is covered by and qualifies under the limited product warranty accompanying the Meta Quest Product (available at https://www.meta.com/legal/limited-warranty), such Meta Quest Product can be returned by contacting support@getsupernatural.com for assistance with your warranty claim.

You may not purchase Meta Quest Products from us for resale and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect that you are purchasing any Meta Quest Product for such purpose.

Please note: We do not accept exchanges for Meta Quest bundle purchases.
